Incorrectly sized items cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom printed items are non-returnable unless faulty. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds, exchanges or store credit must be requested and returned within 30 days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Request an RMA number by emailing hello@scoutmerch.au with your invoice number, purchase date, items to be returned and reason for return. Clearly mark the RMA number on your return package and send it to Scout Merch, PO BOX 6115, Karingal VIC 3199, Australia.

Wash printed garments inside-out in cold water. Do not bleach. Air dry where possible. Avoid tumble drying. Do not iron directly over prints. Pre-treatment marks should wash out after 1 to 2 washes.
